Handling/processing time can take 1-5 business days. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days to arrive ONCE your package has been shipped. Please include the handling time in your shipping estimate. Business days do NOT include Saturday and Sunday (aliens need time off too), meaning, if you place an order Friday morning, it may not be processed until Monday morning.
International orders shipped first class tend to take anywhere from 4-50 days (1-6 weeks) depending on the location and individual countries custom law. If you are placing an order for a birthday or event, please order a week in advance or we highly suggest purchasing overnight shipping. If you need overnight shipping, simply contact us immediately so we can invoice you the shipping costs. Please title contact form with the word, URGENT along with your order#.
We have no control over postal delays, weather conditions, or holdings at customs. Customs fees are determined by the country we're shipping to. Fees + additional charges are completely out of our control. We do not tamper with customs information, it is against the law. The Moon Cult is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. Please check the rules and regulations in regards to your country before ordering from us.
We provide free tracking info with all orders that is emailed to you once your order has shipped. Enter your tracking # at USPS.com to find out where your package is. If you paid with your order via paypal, please make sure that the address attached to your paypal is where you’d like your package to be sent. We will not be responsible if your order makes it to the wrong home if we are not told of a change in address within 24 hours, as some orders are shipped the same day. We are not responsible if an address is inputed wrong.
Please make note that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders, orders held up in customs, import fees, tariffs, stolen items, or undelivered items in regards to your shipment. If your package is returned to us, we will email you a re-shipment costs email so we can get the package back to you as soon as the package is returned to us. We do not honor returns or exchanges if the package is returned to us.
We have a very strict credit card processor since we sell weaponry. Your billing and shipping information must be exact in order for your order to process. This means the information you provide must be entered exactly as your credit card statement states. In the slim chance the card still declines, we highly suggest using another credit card, or contacting us via email to checkout through paypal. We also suggest checking out on the desktop version if mobile is having issues.

If you did not recieve an order confirmation email, your order was not processed. Every time your credit card gets declined, the transaction will show up as processing on your bank statement. Within 24-72 hours the extra charges will drop. For example, if you try to process your card 10 times and it won't go through, there will be 10 "processing" transactions on your bank statement, and within that 24-48 hour period the transactions will not process. Please contact your bank if you need further assistance or clarification.
Simply enter your email address in the out of stock listing to be notified when restock. We restock and stock new items items on a daily basis. On occasion we will re-stock inventory based on what our customers want. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. You can also subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on instagram for restock updates.
We are not looking for models at this time. However, we share a lot of customer photos on our social media. By definition, vintage items are pre-owned goods that date back 20 years or later. Vintage is pre-worn/used and occasionally one of a kind. We source our vintage section from many places, all over the world. We thrift shop on a daily basis and work with re-salers who supply us vintage in bulk. Vintage is sold as-is and is 100% pre-loved, unless noted otherwise. We recommend that you dry clean pretty much everything, especially vintage. Or do like we do, and give it a few dust beatings in the wind.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. You can see on product pages where the "add to cart" button is replaced with a "pre order" button to let you know the difference. The idea for pre-orders came when people found it hard to get popular items in stores due to their high demand. Shops like us then had the idea to allow customers to reserve their own personal copy. Pre-orders allow our consumers to guarantee immediate shipment on release, and our manufacturers can gauge how much demand there will be and hence the size of initial production runs.
Pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-30 business days to be shipped.There is no need to contact us to check the status of your order. The 1-30 day time frame is all we have to predict when the item is ready, the moment it arrives is the moment your order is shipped.Please keep in mind that you will receive an email with all shipping details the moment your package is on it's way to you.
All sales are final. Since our shipping/handling time is lightning speed, we do not offer cancelations. Once your order hits our database, it begins getting processed immediatly. We do honor refunds for accidental duplicate orders. Upon your confirmation, we will refund the second order placed.
All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are honored within 7 days of your purchase, ONLY if the item is defective. This refund/exchange amount does not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if they do not choose to have a replacement product sent. Simply contact us if the order you received is not what you expected and we will do our best to make it right.
Returns will not be accepted for items that don't fit so be sure you know your measurements and carefully compare them to the ones listed in the description. We do our very best to describe an item accurately, and display multiple images. Please be sure that you read the items description thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
In the small chance that the wrong items are sent, if still in stock, the original items ordered will be resent free of charge upon return of the incorrect item. A return label will be provided to the customer. If the original items are not in stock, a store credit will be issued. Please understand we are human and it is our nature to make mistakes (however we aim for perfection when it comes to packaging your sweet goods). Shipping charges are final and cannot be refunded.
