Handling/processing time depends on the type of shipping you purchase at checkout.
Priority Mail domestic orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after processing and include tracking.
First Class Mail take 3-8 business days to arrive, after processing and include tracking.
Free shipping for stickers and patches takes 3-8 business days to arrive and does NOT include tracking.
Free shipping for orders over minimum threshold can take 3-8 business days to arrive after processing time and include tracking if your order is over 1oz.
International orders shipped first class tend to take anywhere from 4-50 days (1-6 weeks) depending on the location and individual countries custom law. Handling/processing time can take 1-5 business days. Please include the handling time in your shipping estimate. Business days do NOT include Saturday and Sunday (aliens need time off too), meaning, if you place an order Friday morning, it may not be processed until Monday morning. First class international orders DO NOT include tracking info, if needed please request to pay for higher postage if you need tracking- you can do this by contacting orders@AlienOutfitters.com

RETURNED PACKAGES: The only reason a package would be returned to us is if the customer enters an invalid address, or if the package is not claimed by you. If your package is returned to us, we will notify you immediately so we can get the package back to you ASAP after return costs are paid. International customers are responsible for not only paying the re-shipment costs, but also the post office fees we are charged for the freight it takes for USPS to return to us. International customers have 15 business days to pay these costs before USPS seizes the package. We do not honor returns or exchanges if the package is returned to us, whatsoever. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are honored within 7 days of your purchase, ONLY if the item is defective. This refund/exchange amount does not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if they do not choose to have a replacement product sent. Simply contact us if the order you received is not what you expected and we will do our best to make it right.
